Sandra B. Fedie FNP-C, WCC

Sandra B. Fedie was born in Switzerland, where her journey in nursing began. She graduated from the St. Gallen School of Nursing with a Master's in Registered Nursing. In 1992, Sandra moved to Arizona to further her education, earning her Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University, which is ranked 6th in the nation.

Throughout her career, Sandra has had the privilege of working alongside leading cardiologists at Arizona Heart. She has also successfully managed her own Family Practice and Wound Care specialty clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. Her diverse experience includes providing fully integrated healthcare at Pop Healthcare, where she offered comprehensive home-based primary care for patients of all ages. Additionally, Sandra has served in a high-security setting at the Florence Prison through NaphCare, delivering care to inmates.

Certified in wound care and trigger point therapy, Sandra is dedicated to providing quality care for all her patients. Her commitment to health and wellness shines through in every aspect of her practice.
Beatrice Nuñez, M.A.
Beatrice Nunez was born in Cuba, where her journey in medicine began. She studied medicine at the University of Science and Medicine, "Ceinfuegos Raúl Dorticós Torrado," in Cuba. After moving to Miami, Florida Beatrice got her certification for phlebotomy and medical assistant. She then moved to Clarksville, Tennessee, and is currently working towards her nursing license.
Her extensive knowledge in medicine has been evident during her time working alongside Dr. Aquino at North Clarksville Medical Center. Beatrice is dedicated to providing quality care for her patients and continues to enhance her skills in the medical field.
Karen L. Orozco
Administrator of Family Practice
Karen Orozco was born in the Canal Zone, Panama. Growing up in a military family, she moved to Tennessee in 1994. Karen began her higher education at Hopkinsville Community College, where she earned an Associate's in Science, and then continued at Austin Peay State University, obtaining a Bachelor's in Fine Arts.

Her diverse background has allowed Karen to work with several medical companies throughout her career. She gained valuable experience at Beverly Health in Pebble Beach, California, and served as the Logistics Manager in the Education Department at PRA Pharmaceutical Research Associates in Charlottesville, Virginia. Karen was also the Office Manager for the team that opened the Amedisys office in Clarksville, Tennessee, and spent several years managing North Clarksville Medical Center.
After a successful stint in management, Karen ventured out to start her own business. However, her passion for healthcare and commitment to her community brought her back to the medical field. As the Administrator of Family Practice, Karen is dedicated to providing quality care for patients and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and compassion.
Mildred Peña Santiago
Administrative Assistant & Billing
Mildred Santiago hails from Brooklyn New York, where her passion for health care began early. She graduated from Clara Barton High School, specializing in health professions, and earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Administrative Role of a Medical Assistant (MA) certificates. Mildred has gained valuable experience working at various medical facilities including Arlington Medical and Dr. Hennis Dental Office which are both in Brooklyn, New York. She then moved to Clarksville and worked at Centennial Pediatrics and North Clarksville Medical Center.

Driven to further her education, Mildred pursued a degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Hussian College. She gained experience working as a biller and a administrative assistant at North Clarksville Medical Center. Mildred's diverse background and commitment to patient care make her a vital part of our team.
